No Sweat Gear has been awarded contracts from the State of
Alaska DNR, Federal BLM, and Alaska Fire Service Medics
for the advanced cleaning of wildland fire gear and personal protective
equipment. We effectively removed contaminants like soot, smoke, dirt,
blood, and
other contaminants. Items we cleaned
are
sleeping bags, Nomex shirts and
pants, field packs, canteen cases, personal back packs, tent pads, tents and
tent bags, chainsaw chaps, medical bags, duffle bags, fire shelter bags, and
cargo nets. The Esporta process does not degrade the waterproofing coating
on the interiors of any of the packs or bags. |

In March 2007, No Sweat Gear received it's PPE "Personal Protective Equipment"
Certification. As a result, we are certified to inspect, clean, repair,
and maintain entire "PPE" ensembles. This certification also includes the NFPA
"National Fire Protection Association" advanced inspection certification and the
advanced cleaning certification. We are proud to announce that we are one
of only a handful of companies across the country, and the only company in Alaska, that fire
ensemble manufactures will recognize as experts in handling fire maintenance

also removes smoke and sewer odor from launderable items without the use of
ozone which allows items to be cleaned and deodorized faster. The
manufacturers independent lab results conclude, that the Esporta wash system
kills 99.997% of all bacteria including the feared MRSA staphylococcus
aureus viruses and mold spores. This allows us to process category 2 and
category 3 sewage losses and restore them to pre-loss condition. Therefore,

the Esporta ES3250 does not depend on agitators to clean. This eliminates
the potential for damage and reduces the stress on delicate items such as
quilts, comforters, and pillows. Our exclusive enzyme based
soaps have low foaming surfactants and anti soil redeposition agents that
help prevent soils from returning to the fabric. Our enzyme fighting stain
remover helps eliminate blood, proteins, and other organic contaminants from
the items being cleaned. Our low alkaline formula is compatible for leather
and fabric dyes and helps preserve the integrity of the articles. |
