How it works

Arrange for Gear Cleaning: For sports equipment, gear can be dropped off at one of our Drop Zone locations or make arrangements for a pick up with our team maintenance program.  For large contractual orders, such as wildland fire gear or turnout gear, please contact us.  We will inspect your equipment, record items to be cleaned, and initiate a work order. Your complete order is placed into a numbered red plastic bag(s) ready for loading into the wash system.

Loading: Your equipment is loaded into a protective mesh bagGear Bag which safely secures your gear during the cleaning and sanitizing process. Special attention is given to ensure that your equipment will be positioned in the bag to ensure the best cleaning results. Presoaking of heavily soiled items like gloves is often performed.

3250 binCleaning: The Esporta ES3250 system goes through a series of wash, rinse, and extract cycles before the final drying process. No Sweat Gear uses advanced detergents, disinfectants and a finishing fragrance to ensure that your products are professionally cleaned. This includes our Force disinfectant which effectively eliminates bacteria and fungus from the equipment.

Drying Hockey GearDrying: Your equipment comes out of the ES3250 machine smelling fresh and clean. The equipment has approximately 10% moisture content at this stage to keep leathers soft and prevent overheating of plastics used in the equipment. A final stage on the finishing rack and the equipment is ready to go back to the player.

Pick Up: Your equipment will be returned to the Drop Zone location or facility that you designated when checking in your gear, ready to be put back into action.
